In general, if an item is orderable, it is usually in stock. However, an item might run out of stock at the time you place your order. If you require an exchange of merchandise for any reason e.g. incorrect sizing selection, simply send the merchandise back to us for exchange. You are responsible for reshipment charges. You may also refer to our Return Policy. International Orders (Outside United States) International orders are welcome for all items except for CDs and VCDs. Shipping charges are based on a FLAT RATE determined by the company. The shipping vendor will also be determined by the company during the processing period. An International Air method will be used. Delivery time for all international orders will be approximately 7-14 business days (Includes processing period). Misrepresented shipping method selected will be adjusted accordingly and an adjusted invoice will be sent to reflect changes. Duty charges may be incurred by respective nation's parcel courier and/or government. These charges are beyond Chong Import's control. All charges incurred by Chong Imports are noted on the invoice, both for the product price and the shipping/handling fees. Gift Wrapping We do offer gift wrapping services. The option includes a gift box per item, with our signature red color wrapping. A US$5.00 fee will be manually added for each item requiring this service. Invoice confirmation will be issued by an assigned customer service representative. Special notes and requests can be placed on the form upon check out. Return Policy We believe in customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of its purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.* Reshipment fees will be automatically charged to your account. Please send your package to us via insured or prepaid US Mail or UPS (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). The company is not liable for packages being returned, while they are in transit. Items lost or damaged in transit will not receive a refund. Refunds will not be issued unless purchases being returned are in acceptable condition. All items must be returned in their original state from the time of the customer's receipt. All merchandise is individually inspected to ensure that they are in perfect condition prior to shipment. All merchandise is packaged with care to ensure safe shipping to you. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Merchandise returned after 7 days will receive a store credit, excluding damaged packages. That is one week from the day you received your package. Merchandise will not be eligible for any form of credit or exchange after 14 days of receipt. Please note that in-store purchases, wholesale purchases, discounted purchases, sale items, CDs and VCDs, and antique items are not eligible for refunds. There are no price adjustments allowed for items purchased before Sale Prices are released. Chinese Orchestra CDs and VCDs CDs and VCDs are not refundable. Antiques All antique items are sold "as is." No refunds, nor exchanges will be issued for any purchases made from the Antiques section. Wholesale Purchases & Discounted Purchases Wholesale and/or discounted orders are not eligible for refunds. All items are inspected and approved for shipment prior to shipment. If the package is opened or defective, do not accept the package. The Account Representative must be contacted within 24 hours by telephone, email, or fax.
